My sister, Iya, baked some mouthwatering blueberry cheesecakes last April 1. Cheesecake is a dessert made of cheese (obviusly! haha) and flavored with fresh fruits on top. My sister baked it into a small baking tray. Small bites of blueberry cheesecake would actually make you eat more!
The blueberry and the cream cheese is a perfect match! But actually... The twist about these tiny blueberry cheesecakes is that it doesn't have cream cheese at all. My sister used yogurt (alternative ingredient for cream cheese). Cheesecakefools! This blueberry cheesecakes really taste good but my sister said it would taste better if she had used cream cheese. She always use cream cheese in baking cheesecakes. She just tried using yogurt because she learned somewhere that she could actually used yogurt as an alternative.
It's perfect for adults because it doesn't taste very sweet. The ingredients draw a balance taste in your mouth (sweet and salty), something that will definitely satisfy your cravings.
