Youtube Downloader is having a problem right now. The version 3.9 is the latest version of YTD. But a lot of people are now experiencing a problem with this software. The problem is that the Youtube Downloader can't download any videos right now. The downloads are all failed. But not all of the YTD users are experiencing this. Some are still using the software and has no problem with it.
Last August 1, 2012, One user of this software posted on the YTD Facebook fan page to report the problem. The YTD had a quick response saying that he need to clear his browser's cookies first and restart his PC to fix the problem. He had already done it but still, it doesn't work out.
I, myself, is a YTD User and I'm hoping that the YTD Authorities can fix the issue as early as how they fix the YTD issue before. Many are still waiting for the next version of YTD and a lot of people are still excited about the new features of the next version of YTD. I have use YTD last August 3 and it was working but now my downloads are all failed.
As of now, August 5, 2012, 6:23 PM (Manila, Philippines Time), no one has resolve the said issue. But if you are really in need of downloading videos from youtube, you can try using Youtube Downloader HD. It has less features than YTD but still good enough if you really want to download a video.
Here's a guide on how to install and use it: YTD HD Quick Guide
